How to contact Whooshtronics???

I need an "Easy As RDF" tracker and some info on what battery, charger etc.
Tried using the email address in the contacts page of the website but after 5 days the message bounced back to me with the reason being that "the destination computer was not reachable within the allowed queue period."
The email address was correct and anyway I used the link from the website.
Are they away doing something sensible like flying rockets or is it my deft touch with computers which seem to find an inexhaustable number of ways to frustrate me?

Yeah, you'd think that two blokes with about a gazillion years of experience in the IT industry between them could switch email servers without stuffing it up...... But you'd be wrong... I'll sort it out tomorrow, promise...

Have you tried turning it off and back on again??
